Alanna brings over a decade of experience working with neurodiverse youth, specializing in creating structured environments where kids can thrive. Her background in child development and passion for tabletop gaming led her to co-create Heroes Guild.
She believes every child has unique strengths waiting to be discovered, and that the right environment can unlock incredible potential. At the Guild, she designs our quest systems and ensures every activity builds real-world skills.
Daniel J. Rocha
Co-Founder • Program Architect • Game MasterCo-founder of Heroes Guild and our lead Game Master for D&D campaigns.
Daniel is an educator with 5 years of experience, and he has been running tabletop RPGs for over 3 years. He has seen firsthand how collaborative storytelling can transform shy kids into confident leaders. His expertise in world building and narrative development shapes every quest at the Guild.
He is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where every kid feels like a hero. Daniel leads our D&D sessions and trains our Guild Guides in the art of facilitated play.
